Mr. Chateau Chic is Rolling His Eyes Again

This morning I asked Mr. Chateau Chic to carry into the house
a couple of wonderful finds I bought for the new shop
that's opening soon.

As he walked through the kitchen door,
I saw him rolling his eyes about my purchases...

So please tell me what YOU think about my purchases.

Mr. CC could not fathom that anyone would want to buy
this fabulous industrial cart.

What in the world would anyone use this for?

Oh my goodness,
I thought I had educated him by now to understand
what a fun piece this would be
for all kinds of uses...just use your imagination!

I guess Mr. CC can breathe a sigh of relief that I don't have a place for this
in our house, so I'll be selling it.

Now, in all fairness, he did not roll his eyes at these Italian tables.

Not sure he even saw them, he was so overwhelmed...
or maybe I should say underwhelmed...
by the canvas cart!

I was delighted to find this set of three florentine nesting tables.
Sometimes it's hard to find the whole set in tact.

What I like about these is that they are made of wood...
so the legs stay on securely.

Hmmmm...they sure look good next to my sofa.

Nope...gotta sell them!

Hope you all are having a great weekend,

Mary Alice

Your bathroom on the previous post is wonderful. Tweaking in the night when one cannot sleep - I'm going to have to remember that idea!

  7. Great tables, Mary Alice! I saw a set of these at our local antique mart and they fooled me until I walked up to them to touch ~ they were plastic! I was so disappointed. If they had been wood I would definitely have snatched them up!

  11. I know men just don't have the imagination that we do. I love the cart! That was a great find. I have that same set of nesting tables too. I'm only using the med size right now. The others are in my basement. They come in handy when I need a little extra table somewhere. Those should sell quickly. They're not easy to find.
